Good Night London "Good Night London" is a series of documentary portraits taken in different London clubs . Situating the interest in a setting as hostile as it is familiar, exploring how the artificial environments function as a key element in the construction of the adolescent identity. The conventional photography of study is removed here of context invading complex setting. The calm and the inspiration of the study are substituted for the noisy and hostile "night-club" as base, place in which individuals will be chosen at the very end of the night, just when the local is about to close.
Just like many other elements present in nocturnal adventures, being confronted with a camera offers as much to the portrait artist as to the individual being photographed. Situating the individual in front of the camera and the focus allows to capture the projection of what they want to show. "Good Night London" freezes real scenes, converting the noisy and savage into an atmosphere of calm and serenity.
