STILL IN THIS WORLD
“...To look at the world, to ignore time.." The nature of things is not itrinsic to them. The human being amuses itself through the ideas that they generate. The world to the margin of ourselves continues being something created by us, it exists alone through our own construction. Nothing is innocent or pure because in the very search of innocence goes implicit the fault. Nature stops being so through our gaze, contaminated always by humanity. Even so in her we seek hope. Its false image of harmony and perfection is in reality part of the process of a slow chaos where we believe we will find peace. A peace that is no more than a calm war of a time so above us that it will erase our tracks in the small fraction of the second in which we existed there. In the swaying of life, the eternal thing, the lasting thing, the immense thing receives us to be seen with the eyes of the son rather than the poem.
